A few days ago, reports about the faulty condition of this bridge had spread on social networks. Following this, the khokimiyat took prompt measures and installed a new bridge in this area in a short period of time.

It was noted that in January, a citizen reported that a school student had fallen into this canal and asked to repair or rebuild the damaged bridge. However, for two months, the responsible agencies did not pay sufficient attention to the issue and gave a superficial response to the appeal.

It was emphasized that only after the problem spread on social networks were the necessary funds allocated and the bridge completed.

At the meeting, it was noted that such shortcomings in working with appeals could negatively affect citizens' trust in state agencies.

The head of state's specific focus on this example demonstrates that issues raised on social networks and public appeals are systematically analyzed and brought to the highest level.
