The internal investigation regarding the appointment of the spouse of the head of the Tashkent District Medical Association to the position of head of the inter-district perinatal center has concluded.
Earlier, Effect.uz reported that G. Asadova, the wife of Husan Asadov, the head of the Tashkent District Medical Association, was appointed to this position.
Regarding the situation that attracted public attention, an internal investigation was ordered by the Agency for Corruption Prevention, and the regional health department also took the situation under control.
During the study, issues of personnel appointment and compliance with legislative requirements were reviewed. In particular, Article 121 of the Labor Code establishes restrictions on close relatives working in direct subordination or control.
According to the results of the investigation, the employment contract with Husan Asadov, the head of the Tashkent District Medical Association, was terminated by agreement of the parties starting from October 26. It was found that the employment contract was terminated in accordance with Article 157 of the Labor Code.
