During this meeting held in Khorezm, problems that have not found a solution for various years came to the agenda once again. As seen from the appeals, while some citizens are trying to legally formalize the house they have been living in for years, others are running around from office to office because multiple documents were issued for a single plot of land or due to the unclear legal status of a structure.
The importance of the mobile reception lies in the fact that the population had the opportunity to convey their problems directly to the leaders. The result of such meetings is evaluated not just by giving instructions, but by how much practical solution they find.
During the reception, land and property issues that remained unresolved for years were reviewed. In particular, a citizen who has been living in the same household since 1989 stated that he cannot formalize a 40 square meter land area. According to him, there are documents for the main part of the house, but the issue of the remaining 40 sq.m remains open. Sadriddin Turdiyev instructed the responsible officials to study the situation and consider the possibility of legal formalization within the framework of the law.
In another appeal, it was reported that both citizens have a khokim's decision and a cadastral document for the same land plot. Also, a situation related to a court decision was studied. The director of the agency emphasized the need to thoroughly check the documents, clarify the court decision, and determine the legal status of the land.
Another citizen said that he cannot find old documents regarding the allocation of land. In this regard, it was instructed to re-examine archival data and clarify the situation.
An appeal regarding entrepreneurship and the preservation of jobs was also not left unattended. An entrepreneur asked for help, stating that 45 employees work in a lightweight construction facility with an area of 250 square meters, and if the problem is not resolved, these jobs will remain under threat. According to him, the issue of the facility had been considered in various offices and courts before, but did not find a final solution.
Sadriddin Turdiyev emphasized the importance of creating new jobs and reminded that activities must certainly be on a legal basis. The responsible persons were tasked with studying the legal status of the facility and existing documents to find a legal solution.
During the discussion, the procedure for allocating land plots for entrepreneurship through electronic online auctions since 2017 was also recalled. Therefore, attention was focused on comparing the grounds for land use and documents in each case.
Also, during the reception, some citizens expressed satisfaction and gratitude that their appeals were resolved positively. One of them noted that he came to the mobile reception regarding a cadastral issue and his problem was resolved positively, thanking the responsible officials. Another citizen also expressed happiness that his appeal found a solution and expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Cadastre Agency.
During the reception, explanations from the officials were obtained for each appeal. While some issues were resolved on the spot, tasks were assigned to the relevant departments regarding those requiring additional study.
In land and cadastre matters, it must not be forgotten that behind every document stands a person's home, property, or honest labor. For this reason, the solution to the problem must not be a temporary measure or an empty promise, but must have a solid legal basis. The true effectiveness of the mobile reception is manifested precisely in this — when each appeal is studied to the end and finds a concrete, justified, and practical solution.
