The role of private employment agencies in placing citizens for jobs abroad will be expanded. Now, an incentive payment of 1.5 million soums will be paid to the agency for each citizen placed in a high-income job.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced that it is planned to fully transfer the system of providing employment to citizens abroad to the private sector.

In the new system, the most reliable private employment agencies will be the main responsible parties in the process of sending people to work abroad.

In order to encourage their activities, it is established to pay 1.5 million soums for each citizen placed in a high-income job.

Also, part of the buildings of technical schools will be leased out for free to train youth in professions and languages in high demand abroad.

The social tax for teachers and experts attracted from abroad will be set at 1 percent. Necessary equipment and appliances for the educational process will be exempt from customs duties. Under the new procedure, the activities of private employment agencies will be fully transparent, and their rating will be maintained.

In this case, the main criterion is not just sending a citizen abroad, but whether they are actually employed, their labor rights are ensured, they earn a decent income, and they have guaranteed social security.

That is, agencies will no longer be evaluated by the number of people sent, but by what kind of job and under what conditions citizens are placed.
