At the next mobile reception held by the Minister of Internal Affairs, appeals from citizens coming from almost all regions of the country were reviewed. While some issues were resolved on the spot, appeals requiring additional study were forwarded to responsible officials for execution.
The reception took place at a complex in Tashkent and lasted until 18:00 for the residents of Tashkent city and region. The appeals of residents from the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions were received via video conferencing from 18:00 to 22:00.
The nature of the appeals varied. Citizens applied regarding employment in internal affairs bodies, reinstatement in service, the conduct of employees, investigation processes, and other issues.

During the reception, face-to-face dialogues were held with citizens and their problems were studied. Cases requiring additional time were accepted for execution, and specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials. Legal explanations were provided regarding certain appeals.
Additionally, separate receptions were organized by the deputy ministers and heads of specialized services.

Some citizens who participated in the reception emphasized that solutions to their problems were being sought and their appeals were being heard by the responsible officials.
“My issue was resolved in a short time,” — said one of the applicants.
Another citizen positively evaluated the open dialogue at the reception and the fact that the heads of responsible organizations directly listened to the appeals.
In the second part of the reception, dialogues continued via video conferencing for the population of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions. Through the conditions created in regional internal affairs bodies, citizens had the opportunity to send their appeals online.

Instructions were given to relevant officials regarding the appeals to resolve them within the established deadlines.
In fact, the significance of such receptions lies precisely in this — that a citizen's problem is heard, their appeal is not left unattended, and it finds a solution within the framework of the law.
Indeed, as the head of state emphasized:
“The people should not serve state agencies, state agencies should serve the people.”
