In Tashkent, two individuals planned to forcibly abduct citizens on order. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident. This was reported by the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs.
According to the report, a citizen filed a complaint stating that unknown individuals attempted to kidnap him in a car, but he resisted and managed to escape. As a result of an operational measure, two previously convicted individuals, born in 2003 and 1998, were apprehended.
A sharp axe was found in the trunk of their car. Telegram correspondence on their phones showed that they had also planned to abduct another citizen. The suspects waited for him in front of his workplace for nearly four hours. The use of a taser was intended if necessary.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspects under Article 137, Part 2, clauses "b" and "v" of the Criminal Code.
