The houses are ready, but their owners still cannot move into their apartments. An appeal has been received regarding the fate of multi-story buildings constructed in the city of Urgench for military personnel and a group of citizens.

According to the applicants, the multi-story buildings constructed by the "Maxsus suv gaz montaj" LLC in the Mash'al neighborhood of Urgench have not yet been handed over to their owners, despite being ready for use.

It is noted that 35 percent of the value of the housing allocated for a group of military personnel was paid from the state budget. However, despite this, the apartments are not being handed over to their owners.

The applicants state that there is still no sign of the houses, which were supposed to be handed over in the third quarter of 2024. Although they have appealed to various government agencies regarding this issue, the problem has not been resolved.

"There is no government agency we haven't appealed to. Now all our hope lies with the head of our state," the applicants say.

So, why are the completed houses not being handed over to their owners? When will the housing rights of the military personnel and citizens be ensured?

This issue will be covered extensively on the Effect.uz YouTube channel soon.
