The delegation of TIKA's representative office in Uzbekistan paid a visit to the Farmers Council of Uzbekistan.
Ilhan Aydin, the agricultural advisor of TIKA's head office, also participated as part of the delegation.
During the meeting held with Zafar Mustafakulov, the deputy chairman of the Farmers Council of Uzbekistan, and other responsible representatives, potential cooperation projects in agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and food security for the year 2027 were discussed.
During the dialogue, special attention was paid to further developing cooperation in the agrarian sector between Turkey and Uzbekistan, expanding mutual knowledge and experience exchange, and implementing joint projects.
The parties expressed their readiness to strengthen agricultural ties between the two countries and develop promising areas of cooperation.
