The Ministry of Justice has registered the state rules of ethics for the creation, implementation and use of solutions based on artificial intelligence.
This document defines the following principles of ethics in the use of artificial intelligence technologies and systems:
▫️ legality;
▫️ the interests of the individual, society and the state, and the priority of environmental protection;
▫️ ease of accessibility;
▫️ responsibility, responsibility and control;
▫️ fairness and non-discrimination;
▫️ openness and transparency;
▫️ data protection;
▫️ reliability and security.
The following decisions are required not to rely solely on the conclusions of information systems based on artificial intelligence technologies created using artificial intelligence:
▪️ decisions of legal significance relating to human rights and freedoms;
▪️ decisions in health care (diagnosis of diseases, prescribing treatment methods, etc.) and other areas.
Users who develop and implement artificial intelligence technologies and systems:
➖ for what purpose it can be used or prohibited,
➖ that decisions or decisions based on artificial intelligence will not always be correct;
➖ should inform about the availability of their results for recommendation or information.
At the same time, the rules define the rights and obligations of participants in artificial intelligence.
