During her visit to Kashkadarya region, Saida Mirziyoyeva got acquainted with the conditions at School No. 43 and Preschool Education Organization No. 1. During the visit, it was noted that the kindergarten is in an emergency condition, while at the school, the classrooms were cold and the desks were old.
During the on-site conversation, a representative of the kindergarten stated that the institution was built in 1972, and today 448 children are being raised in it.
According to them, although a restroom was built in 2019, the fact that it is located far from the main building causes difficulties for the children. Sponsorship funds have also been used to maintain the conditions of the institution.
During the conversation, the necessity of rebuilding the kindergarten building, the plan to establish a new 360-seat institution, and infrastructure issues were discussed.
The kindergarten representative emphasized that 6 billion soums are needed according to the project just for the concrete works, and one of the most important problems is the water supply.
While inspecting the conditions at the school, Saida Mirziyoyeva also recalled her childhood memories:
«My youth was spent in such a school, really. When we look at families, such a scene happens. I am glad to see you, young people!»
According to Saida Mirziyoyeva, a modern kindergarten with 360 seats will be built in place of the old kindergarten. Also, the building of School No. 43 will be renovated, and modern laboratories, language and creative clubs will be organized. Comfortable conditions will be created for children with special educational needs as well.
During the visit, a meeting was also held with the youth studying at the Kashkadarya Advanced Vocational Skills Technical School. Saida Mirziyoyeva highly praised the enthusiasm of the youth and their confidence in the future, emphasizing that children should be in a proper educational environment from the moment they take their first step into kindergarten until they enter independent life.
