Muminjon Yuldashev reported removed from Interpol search list

Madad Invest Bank — the former major shareholder and supervisory board chairman of current MyBank, businessman Muminjon Yuldashev, has reportedly had his search card removed from the Interpol system following information about his international search.

According to information, Muminjon Yuldashev was put on international search through Interpol's Red Notice system in September 2026 based on Uzbekistan's request. He was charged under Article 167, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan regarding embezzlement or misappropriation.

The report about the businessman being removed from the Interpol search list raises a number of questions. In particular, it is not yet clear on what grounds the search card was removed, whether the Uzbek side's request was withdrawn, or whether another decision was made by Interpol.

Also, whether the removal of the search card means that the criminal case has been terminated or the charges against the businessman have been dropped — this issue also requires official clarification.

There is currently no information about an official comment on this situation provided by Muminjon Yuldashev himself or relevant agencies.
