After that, mass poisoning of more than 100 children occurred in connection with these situations. Later, a court verdict was issued in the initiated criminal case.
By the verdict of the cassation instance, the part of the verdict of the Furkat district court dated September 21, 2026, regarding Shavkat Turdiyev, the head of «Garden Catering Trade» LLC, and Rasuljon Alimov, the technologist of the company, was canceled, and a new charge was issued against them.
Accordingly, the head of the LLC was sentenced to 4 years, and the company technologist to 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment.
