The appeal hearing regarding the automotive gas compressor filling station belonging to "Royal Gaz Servis" LLC, located in the city of Bukhara, Bukhara region, is ongoing.
During the court session, the main debate between the applicant party and the entrepreneur's representatives revolved around the compliance of the facility with protection zone requirements and whether the actions of the regulatory authorities were within the framework of the law.
The entrepreneur's side noted that this station was built based on previous construction norms, passed inspections several times during its operation, and obtained its latest license in 2024. During the licensing process, positive conclusions were issued by the Emergency Situations Service, Ecology, Industrial Safety, and other authorized organizations.

The inspection representative participating in the court also confirmed that positive conclusions from relevant bodies existed for the issuance of the license. At the same time, they stated that each state agency is responsible for the conclusion it issued within its authority.
During the appeal process, the entrepreneur's side raised an important issue. In their view, if there were indeed security shortcomings at the facility, the regulatory authorities should have first issued instructions to eliminate these shortcomings, set a deadline, and only then applied to the court.

Representatives of "Royal Gaz Servis" announced in court that a new project has been developed by the enterprise in order to further strengthen security requirements. According to it, gas storage systems are planned to be relocated, and single-wall containers are to be replaced with double-wall systems. This will allow for the reduction of protection zones and the provision of additional security measures.
Another important aspect was discussed during the court session. The entrepreneur's side emphasized that requirements adopted later in 2008 cannot be applied retroactively to facilities built based on construction norms from 1996. They argued that the claim is legally groundless from this perspective.

The judge stated that to clarify these issues, it is necessary to ensure the participation of representatives from the Emergency Situations Service and other relevant organizations. For this reason, the hearing of the case was postponed to the next court session.
At the end of the court proceedings, the entrepreneur's side stated that they consider the claim groundless and hope that the appellate instance will thoroughly examine the case based on the requirements of the law.
The next court hearing on this case will take place on June 15. Effeсt.uz will continue to monitor the developments.
