The Angren City Criminal Court considered the case against S.Q. (born in 2006), Z.U. (born in 2004), D.O. (born in 2004) and A.U. (born in 2003), all from Tashkent region.

The case was heard in a closed court session in accordance with Article 19 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

According to the verdict, S.Q., Z.U., D.O. and A.U. were found guilty of crimes under Articles 118 (part 3 “a”), 119 (part 3 “a”), 28,118 (part 3 “a”) and 28,119 (part 3 “a”) of the Criminal Code against a minor S.Ya. (a girl born in 2010).

According to the court decision:
▪️ S.Q. (who was a minor at the time of the crime) — 10 years in prison;
▪️ Z.U. — 12 years in prison;
▪️ D.O. — 10 years and 6 months in prison;
▪️ A.U. (a person with a second-degree disability) — 7 years and 6 months in prison.
