Another important process has begun regarding the Rohat residential complex in Yashnabad, which has raised concerns among hundreds of buyers. The Tashkent City Prosecutor's Office studied citizens' appeals and discussed the problems between the developer and the bank.
We are talking about the complex being built by Brocolli Plus LLC at the address: Yashnabad district, Ohangrabo street, 107B house.

At the meeting with the participation of the acting Tashkent City Prosecutor A. Ermonov, citizens' objections and proposals were heard. The problems that arose between the citizens, the developer, and the bank were discussed, and information was provided on the measures being taken to resolve them.

Information was also provided on the work being carried out within the framework of the criminal case being investigated by the city prosecutor's office regarding this situation.
Where has this case reached?
Problems regarding the Rohat complex have previously attracted public attention. In March 2026, reports were circulated that the head of the construction company and the head of the sales department were arrested on suspicion of large-scale fraud. According to that information, the number of victims exceeded 200, and the amount of damage exceeded 50 billion soums.

On October 21, it became known that the unfinished 9-story building in the complex was put up for auction due to debt. The starting price of the property is 70.66 billion soums, and the auction is scheduled for November 16. This exact situation further intensified the concerns of citizens who invested funds for housing.
Effect.uz is studying the situation on the spot
Effect.uz correspondents spoke with citizens and officials of the construction company regarding the situation.
According to the LLC representative, the proposals put forward by the company were not accepted by Microcreditbank, and the bank is focusing on collateral security in the matter of repaying credit funds.

According to the position of the construction company, if the issue is resolved in this way, the housing issue for many citizens who invested in the property may become even more complicated.
The bank's position on this issue is being studied separately by Effect.uz.
According to a source at Effect.uz, three representatives of the construction company were detained after the prosecutor's intervention. Official information regarding their procedural status and specific charges within the criminal case is being studied.
What promise was made regarding the auction?
During the meeting, one of the most important issues for citizens was the fate of the auction scheduled for November 16.
According to citizens, acting Tashkent City Prosecutor A. Ermonov promised to stop the auction.

It was also announced at the meeting that assistance is being provided by the Presidential Administration upon the appeal of citizens.
If the auction issue is resolved, this could be an important step for citizens who invested funds in the complex. Because the main concern is how the housing rights of buyers who previously invested funds will be ensured if the unfinished property is sold.
The main question before the auction
Currently, the main issue regarding the Rohat complex is the fate of the unfinished construction property and how the rights of citizens who invested in it will be ensured.
On one side is the bank's demand to return the credit funds, and on the other are the interests of citizens waiting for housing.
The prosecutor's office has given relevant instructions to those responsible to ensure the housing and property rights of citizens, resolve existing problems legally, and eliminate identified shortcomings.

Effect.uz journalists are continuing journalistic investigation work regarding the situation around the Rohat complex. The positions of the bank, the developer, citizens, and investigative bodies will be studied and presented in subsequent parts of the material.
