In the city of Tashkent, heat supply will be established gradually in connection with the start of the 2026–2027 heating season. In accordance with the relevant decision of the capital's hokim, heating systems will be put into operation in schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and other social sector facilities starting from November 9.
Also, starting from this date, heat supply to multi-apartment residential buildings will begin. The connection works will be carried out in stages.
Payment for heating services is calculated from the date the heat is actually connected. The connection date is recorded in a bilateral act signed by the management company.
If the heat in the apartment is not distributed evenly, residents can contact the management company serving the house. The distribution of heat inside the building and the proper operation of internal systems are assigned to the management organization.
The start of the heating season in Tashkent is also related to weather conditions, and previous official explanations stated the criterion as an average daily temperature below +8°C for five days.
