Money has been paid, the house has been built — but there is no permission to live there. The fate of 60 families remains uncertain due to court decisions.

In the Bukhara region, a dispute surrounding a multi-story apartment building belonging to 60 families remains unresolved. It was reported that the case was reviewed in the Karavulbazar district court on February 25, 2026, where the fate of the homeowners was discussed.

Citizens purchased apartments in this building in 2021. According to the project, the building was supposed to be commissioned in 2022. However, construction work was delayed for various reasons.

Despite this, most buyers made full payments. Later, the remaining part of the construction was completed using the citizens' own funds, bringing the building to a nearly finished state.

However, because the building has not been officially commissioned by the court, the issue of putting it up for auction has been raised. This is causing dissatisfaction among the apartment owners.

According to the citizens, over 3 billion soms were spent on the construction and completion of the house. Some citizens even sold all their property to invest in this home.

Currently, the house is not being commissioned because it is banned by a court decision. Citizens evaluate this situation as contradictory and demand that responsible organizations clarify the matter and find a fair solution.
