▪️ Interest rates on loans allocated within the framework of family entrepreneurship development programs in severe-category districts were reduced to 12 percent per annum;

▪️ In determining the stability rating of entrepreneurs, the following law violation cases were established as additional criteria that reduce points:

➖ confirmed cases of informal employment;

➖ calculation of monthly wages lower than the minimum wage for employees.

▪️ A bonus system was created for assistant governors who recover problematic debt on loans allocated within the framework of family entrepreneurship development programs;

▪️ Based on the conclusion of the "Mahalla Seven," the houses of families in the Social Register with group I disabilities and no able-bodied members will be renovated to be energy-efficient;

▪️ Self-employed citizens providing taxi services using electric vehicles will receive a discount of up to 30 percent on social tax payments and gained the opportunity to use airport and railway station parking lots for free for up to 30 minutes;

▪️ When entering the civil service (in competitions), test results remain valid for up to one year. Information about available vacancies in the state civil service is published on the "vacancy.gov.uz" electronic platform.
