On October 27, 2026, the official opening ceremony of the TURON International Business Club, established under UzMIHU (National Association of Economic Cooperation of Uzbekistan), will take place in Tashkent. The event is held against the backdrop of implementing the Presidential Decree No. UP-97 dated June 23, 2025, on additional measures to stimulate direct foreign investments, as well as Presidential Resolution No. PP-226 dated July 18, 2025, on measures to implement the agreements of the Council of Foreign Investors under the President. Decree UP-97 establishes tax incentives for up to 7 years for investors who invest more than 10 million US dollars.
Representatives of the diplomatic corps, international organizations, government agencies, major entrepreneurs, and foreign delegations will take part in the opening ceremony — with a total of 300–400 guests expected. The program includes presentations by ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions on the role of private business platforms in developing international cooperation, as well as a ceremony for signing memoranda of cooperation between TURON and 2–3 foreign business associations and investment companies.
«We built TURON on a simple formula: from introduction to deal. A member enters the club, gets into the necessary networking circle, goes to a bilateral business meeting, visits a potential partner's enterprise — and this leads to cooperation, investment, or an export contract», — said Ilkhom Begimkulov, President of the TURON International Business Club.
The club unites entrepreneurs from the fields of construction, manufacturing, agriculture, information technology, finance, logistics, tourism, textiles, export, and investment. At the opening ceremony, an interactive map reflecting TURON's international business cooperation with Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, China, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Poland, and other countries will be presented.
Among the practical directions of the club are organizing business visits to major enterprises, bilateral business meetings between Uzbek and foreign entrepreneurs, presenting investment projects, and assisting exporters in entering foreign markets.
