Ensuring the effective use of state-allocated subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery and monitoring the targeted operation of machinery purchased through subsidies is one of the important tasks of Uzagroinspeksiya.

In order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 206 dated April 28, 2026, the Inspectorate is carrying out relevant control measures.

In particular, in January of this year, the targeted and effective use of 3,330 units of agricultural machinery and laser land levelers, and in July and August, 3,520 units, was monitored on-site.

According to the monitoring results, cases of unintended and inefficient use of 29 units of machinery and laser land levelers in January, and 25 units in July and August, were detected. The reports drawn up regarding these cases were submitted to the General Prosecutor's Office and the Agency for Payments in the Agrarian Sector to take appropriate measures.

Also, 2,597 documents received from legal entities to obtain subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery were sent to the Agency for Payments in the Agrarian Sector. Out of these documents, the Agency has allocated subsidies for 826, rejected 1,235, and 536 are currently under review.

The submitted documents and technical data of the machinery upon state registration are sent in real time to the Agency for Payments in the Agrarian Sector via the relevant information system. Upon completion of document review, the decision to allocate or reject the subsidy is made by the Agency.

Uzagroinspeksiya continues its control measures to ensure the targeted and effective use of agricultural machinery, the channeling of state support in the prescribed manner, and the enforcement of legality in the agrarian sector.
