Cases had been initiated by the Special Commission of the Competition Committee against business entities importing propane due to the groundless increase of starting prices in exchange trading and the artificial withholding of volumes from exchange trading during November and December 2025, as well as January of the current year, which led to a rise in propane prices.

As a result of prompt measures taken by the Committee, the price of propane was reduced by up to 21 percent.

entities were recognized to have violated the requirements of competition legislation.

Out of these, 12 entities

“SHIRIN GAZ SERVIS” LLC,
“NASAF TAMINOT GAZ PRESS” LLC,
“FRIDAY-EXSTRA” PE,
“MAROQAND-ENERGY GAZ OIL” LLC,
“ASATILLO BOBO GAZ INVEST” LLC,
“UNIT GROUP SIRDARYA” LLC,
“GAZONE” LLC,
“FARG>ONA GAZ TO>LDIRISH STANSIYASI” LLC,
“OILCHEM” LLC,
“SH-Z HANDSOME GROUP” LLC,
“ INTERNEFT” LLC, and
“GTL GAZ” LLC

were found to have committed anti-competitive coordinated actions in exchange trading, while the remaining cases involved groundlessly increasing starting prices in exchange trading and selling products through direct contracts in violation of the law.

In accordance with the above, the Special Commission of the Committee recognized that 31 entities violated the requirements of the Law “On Competition”, and a decision was adopted to apply financial penalties based on the turnover during the period of violation (amounting to 28.9 billion soums) and to direct the groundlessly obtained funds (34.1 billion soums) to the Republican budget.

Additionally, mandatory instructions were issued to eliminate the violations and prevent them in the future.
