Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, a 30 percent discount on the tuition-contract amount will be granted for the children of educators studying in state higher education institutions.
The discount applies to the children of educators studying in the bachelor's degree level, full-time form of education at state higher education organizations.
If an educator has several children studying on a contract basis in a state HEI, the discount will be applied separately for each child.
However, the benefit does not apply to the following cases:
— in higher military and militarized educational organizations;
— in foreign HEIs and their branches operating in Uzbekistan;
— on the basis of additional and differentiated payment-contracts;
— in joint educational programs and faculties of foreign partner HEIs;
— those studying in non-state higher education organizations.
To receive the discount, the educator's child submits an application through the kontrakt.edu.uz system. If it is confirmed through the interdepartmental integration platform of the Digital Government system that they are the child of an educator, the discount is applied automatically.
Applications are reviewed within 2 working days.
Important aspect: this discount is applied once for one academic year.
If the educator is subsequently stripped of their educator category, the discount for their child will be discontinued starting from the next academic year.
