The situation surrounding the OLIMP construction project in the Mirzo Ulugbek district is being reviewed by the Prosecutor General's Office. Meanwhile, the district khokimiyat stated that it continues to study the problems related to the construction based on citizens' appeals and take measures within its authority.

According to the press service of the district khokimiyat, during a meeting with citizens held on September 30, the district khokim stated that he would personally inspect the OLIMP construction site and examine the existing problems.

In pursuance of this assignment, on October 3, the district khokim visited the construction site and met with citizens.

At the meeting, it was announced that investigative actions are being conducted by the Prosecutor General's Office regarding this situation, and the part of the case related to court proceedings is also ongoing.

Criminal case regarding ERNEST-HOLDING

According to the khokimiyat, a criminal case has been initiated against the officials of ERNEST-HOLDING LLC. Part of the case has been reviewed in court, and verdicts have been issued against certain individuals.

Another part of the criminal case has been sent to the Prosecutor General's Office to continue the investigation.

As the khokimiyat specifically emphasized, investigation and court proceedings do not fall within the authority of the district khokimiyat. Therefore, decisions regarding the progress and outcome of these processes are made by the relevant authorized bodies.

At the same time, the headquarters established under the district khokimiyat continues its activities. Based on citizens' appeals, the khokim has given instructions to responsible officials to accelerate construction work, study problems, and find solutions for them.

The khokimiyat stated that the work to ensure the legal interests of citizens, review their appeals, and resolve existing problems will continue within its authority.
