The accident occurred due to a brake system failure in a Howo truck loaded with soil. 3 people died and 4 people were injured.

In the Bulakbashi district of the Andijan region, a traffic accident occurred after a truck lost its brakes, resulting in the deaths of 3 people and injuries to 4 others. The regional Road Safety Department reported this.

The incident took place on October 10 at around 09:40 on Konchilar Street, Neftchilar MFY. According to preliminary data, a Howo truck loaded with soil, traveling in the Neftchilar–Kulla direction and driven by O.A., born in 1978, lost control due to a malfunction in the brake system.

As a result, the truck hit the Cobalt, Nexia, BYD Song Plus, and Nexia-2 cars moving in the oncoming lane, as well as the Nexia-3, Damas, and Matiz vehicles parked on the right side of the road. Shops located along the street were also damaged. As a result of the accident, 3 citizens died at the scene. The driver of the Howo truck and 3 other citizens were hospitalized in the district hospital with various injuries.

Regarding this case, the Investigative Department under the DIA of the Bulakbashi district has initiated a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 266 (Violation of traffic safety rules or the use of vehicles) of the Criminal Code. Preliminary investigative actions are currently underway to determine all the circumstances of the incident.
