Actor Bilol Isxakov posted an appeal on his social media pages addressed to the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva. He stated that his brother was beaten inside a court building in Tashkent, asking for a legal assessment of the situation and practical assistance for his family.

In his appeal, the actor also published a video capturing the incident. According to him, the footage shows a person in black clothing repeatedly striking his brother, who is wearing a white T-shirt. Isxakov also stated that during the incident, a police officer walked outside instead of stopping the fight.

"What do you say to the indifferent attitude of an officer towards an incident happening inside a court building, a special facility strictly guarded by internal affairs personnel?" — the actor said in his appeal.

Bilol Isxakov also expressed his dissatisfaction with the activities of the internal affairs bodies and the district prosecutor's office of the Mirzo Ulugbek district. He stated that criminal proceedings are underway against Khudoyor Zuparov and his associates under Articles 168, 165, 277, and 228 of the Criminal Code.
