Starting September 1, 2026, the amount of parental fees for childcare in state preschool educational institutions will increase.

According to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 246, the payment amount is calculated based on coefficients established relative to the Base Calculation Amount (BCA).

The payment amount depends on three main factors:

• the region where the kindergarten is located;

• the child's duration of stay in the kindergarten;

• the number of children attending kindergarten from the same family.

For example, in Tashkent city, the monthly fee for one child will be:

• 4–5 hours — 54,472 soums;

• 9 hours — 290,488 soums;

• 10.5 hours — 346,016 soums;

• 12 hours — 391,952 soums;

• 24 hours — 413,292 soums.

If more than one child from the same family attends kindergarten, the fee for each subsequent child is calculated based on a reduced coefficient.

Fees in other regions are set lower compared to Tashkent city.
